MAA is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on the acquisition, selective development, redevelopment and management of multifamily homes throughout the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
The Southern Influence partnered with MAA to concept and produce advertising videos between 0:05 and 0:45 seconds, and production stills, to use in social media advertising uniquely tailored for each of their properties.
